The week that was:unexpected
The rock solid start to the week on Monday laid the very foundation for the unexpected to be experienced throughout the week.
A lot of unexpected variations in Sukshm Kriyas which normally done as Asanas had altogether a different impact.
Asanas specially on stomach were quite unique like the one ma’am addressed flying like a bird. Some of these were a challenge & some even intimidating. Yet enjoyable π€ͺ
