Loved today’s session.. The sukshma kriya of going from Adhomukha shwanasan to Ashwasanchalan was really interesting and gave a good practice of pushing the leg forward in one step and not 2. I thought I was the last person to get up from Shawasan to be told by Sujaata maam that it was done just for two minutes. It has gone in the DNA to get instructions 😊just like many other things(Shuddhi kriya count, asan repetitions, proper breathing) during the sessions and one day without it was all over the place. The Omkar in Brahmari posture was very soothing but due to my strong gag reflexes did not do the jaw movements. Thank you for a great start to the day.
