How to do Kapalbhati (षट्कर्म – कपालभाती)

  • Sit in meditative position.
  • Close the body and relax the whole body.
  • Inhale deeply through right or left nostril and gradually exhale through the other nostril.
  • Continue the active forceful inhalation ad exhalation for at least for 3-5 minutes without giving strain.
