
SHATKARMA – Kapalbhati

How to do Kapalbhati (षट्कर्म – कपालभाती)
- Sit in meditative position.
- Close the body and relax the whole body.
- Inhale deeply through right or left nostril and gradually exhale through the other nostril.
- Continue the active forceful inhalation ad exhalation for at least for 3-5 minutes without giving strain.
