Method :- Lie flat on the stomach with the legs straight, feet together. Place the palms flat on the breast. The fingers should be together and pointing forward. Rest chin on the floor. Slowly with inhale raise the upper body till the naval. Keep elbows bend. DO breathing in that posture, and with exhale bring the body down and relax.
