Dhanurasan

Method :- Lie down on the stomach. With inhale fold the legs at the backside, hold the toes with the hands while exhaling. With inhale stretch both the legs at the backside and raise the upper body and legs together. Do breathing three times in this posture. With exhale bring the body down and while inhaling come back in lying down posture.
