Mrutsanjivani Mudra / Hruday Mudra – It is also called as Apan Vayu Mudra. It is very beneficial for heart. It can stop heart attack when we do this mudra if we have chest pain.
It also cures gas problem. In this mudra Index finger is pressed at the bottom of thumb and middle finger & ring fingers are pressed with tip of thumb and little finger will be straight and tight. It should be done for 15-20 minutes for best results.
